Introducing MindRondo
athletic wellness

Our Approach

We support student-athletes through sports-inspired mental training. In small dynamic groups—similar to "rondo" exercises in soccer—we build focus, resilience, and stress management skills that work both on and off the field. This mind-body approach develops the mental strength athletes need to face challenges with confidence and balance.

Let’s stop hoping for confidence. Let’s build it.

Artists, musicians, and dancers face unique mental health challenges that often go unseen. The pressure to perform, constant rehearsals, creative blocks, and fierce industry competition can significantly impact wellbeing.

Like athletes, creative professionals need mental resilience to thrive, yet many struggle with stress, anxiety, and burnout in silence. Mental health support isn't just helpful—it's essential for sustained creativity and personal wellbeing.

We provide the resources and open dialogue creative professionals need to flourish both on and off the stage.

"Brittney was consistently transparent and genuine with me throughout the entire recruiting process. Her guidance was invaluable—she offered not only practical advice but also deep insights that made navigating the complexities of recruitment so much smoother."
